Policies

The Changing Table stands behind each of the products we sell.  We hope you love the products as much as we do.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit, exhange or refund.  Please contact us directly through the comments section of the web site or via phone at (405) 210-8498.

Returns

All new and unused items can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date.  You will be refunded in the original form of payment.

• New items must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.  We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc.
• Please include a copy of your receipt and original packaging.
• We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days.  Any returns accepted after 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
• We do not refund shipping charges.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt.  You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.

Shipping

The Changing Table offers convenient flat rate shipping of $5 for all orders.  Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

We ship on Wednesday and Saturday.

If you live in the OKC metro area and would like to arrange for pickup or delivery, please contact us.  If you have already purchased a product through the website, we can refund your shipping charges.

Sales Tax

Oklahoma residents only - sales tax will be charged on your order.

Discounts/Coupons

Only one discount code can be used at a time.  Sale and clearance items are not eligible for coupons.  The Diaper Trial Program and Newborn Rental Program are not eligible for discounts or coupons.

Product defects

Please see manufacturers' websites for product performance issues (that don't fall under our return policy).  If the manufacturer has not dealt with it appropriately and to your satisfaction, please contact us to see if we may help.  We have found all of the manufacturers to have excellent customer service and hope you do as well.
